For investors

Building Airmesh for the long term.

We build and own technology businesses that make connected life possible. Here is what we are building, the markets we see and the thinking behind our choices.

Our perspective

Different businesses.
A connected direction.

Connected life depends on computing, networks, software, intelligence and energy working together. We see room to build businesses where those systems fall short of what people need.

Fibmesh and WRKZY are our first publicly introduced businesses. Each addresses a different problem, with its own customers, products and commercial model.

WRKZY

An AI workforce. For every business.

Starting with customer conversations, sales and follow-ups.

Explore the business
Illustrative customer-work scene.
The need and the approach
Customer conversations, records and next steps sit in different tools. Teams have to piece the context together before work can move. WRKZY brings that work into one workspace, as the starting point for AI team members that understand the business and carry work forward alongside people.

WhatsApp, email, customer records, sales and follow-ups. AI summaries and drafts are reviewed by the team; automations follow configured steps.

Market context

Where we see
the opportunity.

The starting point is a customer problem. Wider spending and adoption trends help us understand the environment in which our businesses will have to compete.

Fibmesh: connecting what is already there.

People, servers and applications often sit on separate networks. Fibmesh’s opportunity is to make those resources reachable over existing internet connections, with private access, publishing, public IPs and routing.

The alternatives depend on the task: a private network, a VPN or a separately hosted application. Deployment fit, reliability and cost will shape the customer’s choice.

WRKZY: an AI workforce for every business.

Customer conversations, sales and follow-ups are the starting point. The wider ambition is AI team members that retain context and carry work through alongside people.

How far that opportunity extends will depend on the roles AI can fulfil, the quality of its work and the cost of delivering it.

Work should build knowledge.

We are building towards people and AI team members working with defined responsibilities, shared context and the resources their roles require.

The aim is for knowledge gained in one assignment to improve the next, with human responsibility, review and appropriate access built into the work.

Business structure

Our businesses operate through separate companies. Investment discussions can take place at the Airmesh group level or with an individual business.

The relevant entity and investment structure are confirmed in direct discussions.

Execution and risk

What the opportunity depends on.

Customer adoption, delivery and economics will shape how each business develops.

Customer adoption

A useful product still has to earn repeat use and a place in the customer’s budget. Trials, documented use cases and product availability answer different questions from paid adoption and retention.

Competition and differentiation

Both connectivity and customer software have established providers. The relevant comparison is the customer’s complete alternative—including existing tools and manual work—and the cost of changing.

Delivery and third-party dependencies

Connectivity depends on infrastructure and supported environments. Customer software relies on messaging, email and other providers. Changes in availability, terms or costs can affect delivery and economics.

AI economics and accountability

Model capability, inference costs, evaluation and human review all matter. More automation is useful only when the result remains dependable and the cost makes commercial sense.

Capital and operating focus

A broad direction creates choices about where to commit people and capital. Each business needs a clear reason to proceed, evidence of progress and a realistic understanding of its resource requirements.

Data, security and responsibility

Access to business information creates obligations. Permissions, data handling, security and the responsibilities of each operating entity need to be understood for the product and the markets it serves.
