1. Scope

Airmesh Private Limited ("Airmesh", "we", "our" or "us") operates this informational website from New Delhi, India and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. The website describes our company, areas of interest and approach to building technology businesses. This policy applies only to this website and not to websites operated by an Airmesh group company or another organisation.

2. Information we handle

The website does not provide account registration, newsletter sign-up or online purchasing. We do not use advertising pixels or website analytics.

If you use our contact form, we collect the path you choose, your name and email address, any organisation or profile you provide, and the message you send. We use this information to review and respond to partnership and company-building enquiries.

If you share a career interest, we collect your name, email address, chosen contribution area, any profile or portfolio link you provide, why you want to work with Airmesh and how you believe you could contribute. We do not request a CV through this website. We use this information to consider whether there may be a relevant conversation at Airmesh or a company we are building.

When you visit, our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include your IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser and device information, approximate region, and security or diagnostic events.

If you contact us by email or through LinkedIn, we receive the address, profile information and message that you choose to share. LinkedIn handles interactions on its service under its own terms and privacy policy.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use only technologies that are necessary to deliver, secure and, where applicable, control access to the website. Our security provider, Cloudflare, may set an essential cookie such as __cf_bm to distinguish legitimate requests from automated or malicious traffic. The contact form may also use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that a submission is legitimate. A private preview of the website may use an essential authentication cookie.

We do not currently use non-essential analytics, personalisation or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and request consent where applicable before using them.

4. How we use information

Technical and communication information may be used to:

  • provide and maintain the website;
  • keep the website and its visitors secure;
  • detect abuse, fraud and technical problems;
  • review, route and respond when you choose to contact us;
  • assess whether an enquiry is relevant to our partnerships, company-building model or current and future work;
  • comply with applicable law and lawful requests.

We do not sell personal information or use website activity for targeted advertising.

5. Service providers and international processing

We rely on hosting, content-delivery and security providers to operate this website, including Cloudflare. Contact-form messages may also be processed by our transactional email delivery and mailbox providers, including Resend when configured. These providers may process information on infrastructure located in India or other countries, subject to their service terms and security controls. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety and website security.

When a career interest may be relevant to a company Airmesh is building or owns, we may share the information with the people responsible for that work so they can consider and respond to it.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to review and respond to an enquiry, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal obligations and protect security. Hosting, security, email-delivery and mailbox providers may apply their own operational retention schedules.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask about the personal information we hold, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You can configure your browser to block cookies, although blocking essential security or authentication cookies may prevent the website from working correctly.

7. Children

This corporate website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so that we can review it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, our practices or applicable law changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
